ShieldCase products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
